Our RMT’s are independent practitioners who manage their own bookings, schedules, payments and communication. Select your RMT’s SCHEDULE and available hours to find an appointment time that works for you.
Clinic HOURS depend on your RMT’s schedule.
Please know we do not have a receptionist to answer or respond to your calls, if you are unable to find your answer please text or call us at 778.344.2692
Your appointment time is set aside just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice.
You may cancel by contacting your RMT or the online Jane app. Same day cancellations must be left as a voicemail, text or email.
Missed or late cancellations will be charged a cancellation FEE not covered by insurance.
Our RMT’s work with MOST EXTENDED INSURANCE policies, please inquire with your therapist in regards to which they are a provider for. If your RMT is NOT a provider for your policy, you will receive a receipt to submit for reimbursement.

as an RMT, I’ve worked in high-end spas, and as an instructor at Vancouver Career College. Now as a clinic owner, I continue to practice with passion while mentoring the next generation of therapists.
Outside of her practice, Alisha is the Clinic Coordinator and an Instructor at Vancouver Career College, where she enjoys mentoring future RMTs as they build their skills and knowledge. She strives to create a supportive environment for both her patients and her students.
